Stucco and Paint Overspray Cleanup on New Pinellas Paver Jobs
New Pinellas houses and reroofs throw stucco, paint, and roofing debris onto a paver field that was just finished. PaverForge Hardscapes plans protection before those trades arrive and, when the damage is already there, removes overspray without blasting joint sand into the lawn or etching the face of the unit.
Protect the field before the next trade
Ram board, plastic, and taped edges at the house line stop most of it. We leave the field uncovered only after stucco and paint are done. If a reroof is still scheduled, we cover high-traffic dumpster paths so fasteners and felt adhesive never reach the joints.
Ram-board and plastic protection before stucco or paint days
Targeted overspray removal instead of whole-field pressure washing
Re-sand and compaction of any joints that were opened
Coordination with roofers and painters on occupied Pinellas lots
If the overspray is already on the pavers
Fresh latex and thin stucco smear come off with the right chemistry and a soft wash. Cured cement and roofing tar are a different job and may need individual unit replacement if they have soaked a tumbled face. Do not let a painter hit the field with a hot pressure tip. Call 727-490-9798 and we will look at photos before anyone opens a washer.
