Utility Locates and Irrigation Reroutes Before a Pinellas Paver Dig

A pretty layout does not survive a cut irrigation main on day two. Pinellas lots hide shallow irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and the occasional unmarked lateral in the first foot of sand. PaverForge Hardscapes treats locates and reroutes as part of the install, not a change order after the trench is open.

What we locate before we dig

Public locates cover the street-side utilities. They do not cover the irrigation clock in the garage or the well line to the far corner of the yard. We walk the lot with you, mark heads and valves we can see, and ask where the private lines run before the excavator starts.

  • Public locate on the right-of-way and apron

  • Private irrigation and well lines marked with the homeowner

  • Sleeves left under new driveways for future lighting or a charger

  • Heads moved out of the field instead of buried under bedding sand

Why this belongs in the quote

Rerouting two zones is cheaper than compacting a base on top of a leak. A leak under a new field is how you get a soft spot in August and a callback in September. We would rather price the reroute up front.

Send the irrigation layout if you have one

Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online. Photos of the clock, the valve boxes, and the wet spots after a cycle are enough to start. We will not pretend a mystery line is someone else's problem after we open the yard.
