Well-Pump House Pads on Pinellas Residential Lots
Plenty of Pinellas lots still run a private well for irrigation. The pump and pressure tank sit on a cracked sliver of concrete that now holds water after every storm. A small paver pad is faster than a new poured slab, and you can lift units later if a plumber has to pull the tank.
What the pad has to do
The pad has to be level under the tank, high enough that splash does not sit on the motor, and open on one side for service. We isolate the pad from the patio field so a vibrating pump does not telegraph into the living space through a continuous paver run. Electrical conduit and the well drop stay where they are. We build around them with grade rings and clean cuts.
Compacted base, not a single layer of sand on grass
Pitch away from the house wall and the well casing
Room for a pump-house wall or a simple equipment screen
No polymeric haze left on a pad that will see well-water mineral splash
Bundle it with the driveway
If we are already on site for a drive or side-yard walk, the pump pad is a half-day add, not a separate mobilization. Tell us where the well is when you book the walk. Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798.
