What a Pinellas Paver Warranty Should Actually Cover

A one-line lifetime warranty on pavers is usually a lifetime warranty on the stone units, not on the install. In Pinellas the units rarely fail. The base, the edge, and the pitch fail. Ask what the paper actually covers before you pick the low number.

PaverForge Hardscapes writes the scope so you can see the workmanship line. Call 727-490-9798 or start at paverforge.com/book-online.

What workmanship should cover

  • Settlement from an undersized or uncompacted base we installed

  • An edge that walks because restraint was skipped

  • A field that ponds at the door because pitch was ignored

  • A repair visit when our joints wash because we used the wrong sand for the exposure

What no honest warranty covers

Tree roots you asked us to leave. A flood-zone surge that scours a field. Irrigation that runs across the joints every night. A neighbor's shared apron we were not allowed to rebuild. Wear on the face of the stone. Those are site conditions, not hidden defects.

Read our flood-zone, tree-root, and compacted-base guides if you want the technical version of those limits.

How to compare two quotes

Ignore the word lifetime until you see base depth, compaction, drainage, and edge in writing. Then read the warranty against that scope. We will walk the lot and put both the spec and the limits in the quote.
