Whitney Lakes Driveways in Clearwater

Whitney Lakes is a Clearwater neighborhood off Whitney Road, a grid of single-family lots with lake-edge homes, shallow front yards, and driveways that take daily tire traffic plus summer downpours.

PaverForge Hardscapes installs and resets interlocking concrete-paver drives here when the slab has cracked, the field holds water at the garage, or a sand-set overlay has lost its edge restraint.

Lake lots and one-way pitch

Homes closer to the lakes need the drive to pitch away from both the garage and the house slab. We shoot grade before excavation, keep a bond break at the pool beam or house footing if one is present, and send water to the street or a planted swale instead of the lanai.

A thin overlay over cracked concrete usually fails at the tire path. On those jobs we remove the failed field, proof-roll, and build a compacted crushed-concrete base rather than chasing individual settled units.

Borders and color blend

Whitney Lakes fronts read better with a darker soldier course that hides tire scuff and a field blended from at least three pallets. We stage the blend before the first course so the cul-de-sac does not get a striped repair.
